In April, amidst the pandemic, Bowman Painting celebrated our 15th year of business! We are so thankful to our many customers and community business partners who have helped support each of our employees and their families.
What began in our home with crew meetings in our cul-de-sac and a garage full of paint, supplies, and equipment, we now reside in a phenomenal office space on North Orchard Street in sunny Ormond Beach, Florida. Gone are the days of a garage full of business supplies, as we now house everything in our 1,200 sqft. air-conditioned shop space.
We are incredibly thankful for our team of employees and their families. Every employee works diligently each day and embodies our five core values: integrity, excellence, responsibility, growth & learning, and respect. Together, we are able to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, as evidenced by our reviews and their kind words of encouragement when they call the office to close out their accounts.
As a result, we have had some impressive year-to-date stats that we can’t help but share. In 2020 alone, we’ve had:
- Over 550 leads
- 145 repeat clients
- Over 45 referrals from previous clients
- Over 45 personal referrals from people who know our team of employees
- And we’re thankful, despite COVID, the numbers are only growing!
What started as Scott working in new construction as a crew of one, we have grown into an average of 14 painters who have expanded our services to include interior and exterior residential and commercial repaints, pressure washing, carpentry, and more! In addition to our painters, we have two crew leaders, two sales representatives, and two office staff members to provide professional service and top-notch results to each of our clients.
While these stats point to the successful growth of our company, they are not the only reason for our success. We did not reach 15 years purely because of our staff. We became successful from the support of our clients in our community. Scott has always had a strong connection with the community in his personal life that transferred to the business. We could not be where we are today without our wonderful customers supporting us and giving us the opportunity to grow.
